Front Foot Academy feedback

We’re starting to see entire teams put all their lawyers through Front Foot Academy, our legal operations education platform.

We find that it’s a great way for the team to discuss similar issues. They’re learning new skills together, and exploring as a group how best to apply them within their organisation. This builds momentum and alignment across the team.

Instead of one person getting new info and saying, “Let’s do X,” the whole team is now discussing “How can we improve this process? Or how can we better manage our knowledge in this situation? Or, how can we better manage the changes we’ve all been grappling with?”

Legal professionals from Australia, the US, the UK, and Singapore found common challenges and enjoyed discovering new solutions while accumulating CPD/CLE points.
