About You: We're looking for experienced
front-end construction lawyers with 8+ years PQE who are ready for a new challenge and take on contract work. Ideally, you've trained with a well-regarded firm and have worked in-house. You have strong experience in government tenders, Australian standard design and construct (D&C) contracts, advising on contract administration issues such as variations, EOT and cost claims, risk management and compliance, dispute management, working with construction project managers and you think like an in-house adviser. Importantly, you enjoy turning your hand to new things that come up. You are commercially minded, pro-active and flexible with strong technical skills.
